Ok, der Titel hört sich ein bisschen blöd an, aber das ist die einzig wahre Beschreibung.

Auf  Dracula stellt die Buchbinderin Whitney Sorrow Teile des Dracula-Romans an dem Tag ins Internet, an dem er geschrieben wurde. Ja, liebe Kinder, Dracula ist nicht nur ein Film, es gibt ihn auch als Roman! Und zwar in Romanen und Tagebucheinträgen – quasi ein old skool blog. Bram Stoker rotiert gerade irgendwo im Sarg und ärgert sich, dass er so voreilig verstorben ist. Sonst hätte er das bestimmt genau so und nicht anders gemacht.

Ein Spitzen-Idee, finde ich. Und wer jetzt anfängt zu lesen, kann noch schnell den Anfang nachholen. Den Anfang macht Jonathan Harkers Tagebucheintrag vom 3. Mai.

Bistritz — Left Munich at 8:35pm, on 1st May, arriving at Vienna early next morning; should have arrived at 6:46, but train was an hour late. Buda-Pesth seems a wonderful place, from the glimpse which I got of it from the train and the little I could walk through the streets.
